We announce the successful completion of the 2nd plenary meeting of TheFSM project, which took place virtually on 20th and 21st October 2020, with the participation of 10 European partners from 8 countries.
During the meeting, TheFSM partners had the opportunity to discuss the progress and came up with critical decisions about the implementation of the project, like the optimal planning of the innovation pilots in various European and non-European countries.
Moreover, the members of the consortium worked together with great pace for concluding one of the most important ICT issues: the final structure and the modular integrations of TheFSM platform. The main goal is to deliver a uniquely open and collaborative virtual environment that will facilitate the exchange and connection of data between different food safety actors who are interested in sharing information critical to certification.
TheFSM Project Coordinator, Mr. Nikos Manouselis (CEO of Agroknow), pointed out “the high importance of TheFSM in fulfilling, responding to new needs and requirements of the market that were revealed during the COVID-19 pandemic”.
